* These are full conference registrations including access to all sessions and events, choice of workshop/tutorials on Sunday, and one-year membership in the Digital Government Society of North America.

dg.o 2007 Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before April 20, 2007 will receive a full refund of the conference registration fees.

Cancellations received between April 21-28, 2007 will receive one copy of the proceedings and reimbursement of all amounts paid above the first $200.

Cancellations received after April 28, 2007 and no shows will not be reimbursed for registration fees, but will receive one copy of the proceedings.

Cancellations due to governmental travel restrictions or failure to obtain a visa to attend the Conference will receive full refund of the conference registration fees regardless of when notification is received.

Hotel Reservations

**All conference attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements directly with the hotel.** 

The Sheraton Society Hill is the conference venue for 2007.  A Web site for attendees of the dg.o 2007 International Conference on Digital Government Research has been created.  A discounted conference rate of $184 per night has been arranged, which is available for reservations made by April 18, 2007.  After this date, the rate may be obtained only if space is available.  Guests can access the hotel reservation site to modify or cancel a room reservation until May 25, 2007.

Privacy Statement

All information furnished to dg.o 2007 for the conference registration will be used solely for that purpose unless permission has been granted by the attendee to use his/her information in a Conference Participant List or by expressing interest in knowing more about the Digital Government Society.   All payment information is kept strictly confidential and used only for registration purposes.
