The Digital Government Society of North America (DGSNA) is pleased to offer high profile sponsorship opportunities for its 9th Annual International Conference on Digital Government Research (dg.o 2008) - Partnerships for Public Innovation.

Formed in 2006, the Society serves the interests of a community of scholars and managers interested in the development and impacts of digital government. We welcome members from all sectors, endorse diverse, multi-, and interdisciplinary research undertakings relevant to both theory and practice, and strongly encourage government-researcher exchanges at local, regional, national, and international levels.

The DGSNA Audience

dg.o 2008 is a unique opportunity for your organization to engage with leading academics and government practitioners engaged in Digital Government research and practice. The conferences offers the opportunity to explore cutting-edge developments in this rapidly evolving discipline. Attendees are researchers from a broad range of disciplines focused on aspects of Digital Government, policy makers, government officials, students, and representatives of interested commercial organizations who come from around the world.

The Society Conference

dg.o 2008 opens the evening of May 18th with a Welcome Reception, and the program runs for three full days. Prior to the Welcome Reception, conference attendees may attend complimentary workshops and tutorials that delve into specific digital government topics. The highly regarded Poster and System Demonstration night brings all of the conference attendees together around a wide variety of research initiatives in a relaxed setting with a buffet dinner. Opportunities for sponsored events include these sessions, as well as other catered meals and breaks, keynote speaker travel and honoraria, scholarships for student participants, and prizes for exemplary research and collaboration.

What Will Your Donation Do?

Corporate, government, and academic sponsorships contribute to the wide range of conference events and programs listed above. Platinum and Gold sponsors receive special recognition for their contributions, including a named event, acknowledgement during plenary sessions, and prominent recognition spaces. All sponsors receive a copy of the proceedings and can display and distribute promotional and research materials during the meeting; they are also recognized as sponsors on the conference web site and on the site of the Digital Government Society of North America.
